From out of town? Doing a photo shoot? Need a mannequin for a prom date?
As much as we love store fixtures, we realize that there are times when you may only need a particular item for a short amount of time and that's why we created our Store Fixture Rental Policy. You, the customer, pay 100% of the listed cost of items as a deposit before removing rental items from Portland Store Fixtures. Rented items must be returned within 10 calendar days of placing deposit. Upon return, items will be inspected by an employee of Portland Store Fixtures to determine condition. If items are in the same condition as when rented, up to 50% of the deposit will be refunded to customer in the same tender as purchased. Should you decide that you simply cannot live without your rented store fixture, you may opt to keep it (you have already paid for it) but we ask that you give us a call to let us know that you won't be returning it. The tricky part... The rental period begins on the day you pay for the items. We will happily rent you used fixtures but we can't hold them for you. For example, should you decide in May that you need a showcase in July, you must wait until July to pick out the exact used showcase you will be renting, as our inventory changes too frequently to predict what we will have in stock.
