Recently, Kat and Penney got a chance to go to Las Vegas for a trade show and had the pleasure of staying at the Venetian. When they got to their room and started to unpack, they found a stowaway in their bag! Adventure Duck had decided he wasn't going to be left at home again and took matters into his own hands, or rather wings. Adventure Duck settled in quickly by picking out his own bed. He picked this one because he really liked the bedspread!

Adventure Duck pulled Kat and Penney to the trade show first thing because he was just that excited to see what was new in the fixture business and to make new friends. He really got into the lighting display and had to be removed before he got them kicked out. But then they went on to make friends with the mannequins, who had the cutest kids, and to see the new jewelry displays. Adventure Duck was relieved to finally see something closer to his size.

But by the end of the day Adventure Duck was ready to relax and maybe do a little gambling. So he went and took in the sights and had a dip with some duckies he met. Then he went to the car show while Kat and Penney went to get some work done. He found quite a few cars that he liked but he was especially fond of the Mini Cooper because it is small like him.

Eventually, Kat and Penney had to go to the car show to track down Adventure Duck. He explained that he had found a car that he really liked and everyone knows that when you find what you want you don't let go, so he had been sitting on the car for the better part of the day. Penney calmly explained to Adventure Duck that these cars were only to look at and that they already had owners. Adventure Duck was crushed, at least until he found a motorcycle that he liked even more and Kat had to break it to him that the bikes were only for show also.

Adventure Duck was so crestfallen about having to leave the car and motorcycle behind that Kat and Penney told him that he could pick the hotel they would stay in the next time they all came back to Las Vegas. Adventure Duck knew just the place -The Flamingo!
