In our office, we have a giant white board. Until recently, it was completely covered with good things. Good things that customers have said to us about us, or about our store. We like this board. It makes us feel good. And it makes our customers feel good to know that they are making us feel good. So clearly, there’s a whole lot of feeling good going around. And I think everyone could use more of that.
