3 More Ways to Remind Them of You

Phone Calls
Call your customers. Check in. Say hi. Don’t “sell” them anything. The point is that you are keeping your name in their heads. It is back to communicating, letting them know that you are there.

Email Blasts
Keep your customer up to date when you have a sale, news, or something special happens send out an email. Keep it short – a paragraph or two. Keep it simple. We recommend that you do these every two to four weeks.

Signage
It is fall in the northwest and that means cloudy, overcast days and shorter daylight hours. Our recommendation is to put a lighted sign in your window. Last year, I was standing on one side of the street and couldn’t tell if a store was open across the street… and it was only 4pm. With the obvious signal in your window, these is no confusion.
